As always, all updates will still be available via WSUS, SCCM, and Windows Update – this change is only for manual downloads. Download MSN for Windows to web browser, service, and online tools. Select “Download drivers and software (and firmware)” and in the product box, type the model and number. Select the Operating System and Driver –Graphics and then the video card (Name/Manufacturer from the DirectX Diagnostic Tool). Follow the online instructions on how to update your card. Other Drivers (optional) DirectShow: This driver is optional, only needed for these software which control the camera through DirectShow. Change Log: Released. TWAIN: Implemented with our camera, regulates communication between software and digital imaging devices. Download drivers for Windows XP, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10.
