Normally if I don't have a picture ID, I can skip that section by checking the box 'Taxpayer did not provide DL or state ID.' The taxpayer is in Oregon, which is where 99% of my clients are from. For some reason, it's not letting me skip the ID on this one. Has anyone had that problem?

Then I again got the computer to boot fine and everything seemed ok, except that the video driver was the default 800x600 screen. I then tried to download the Dell driver for this video from Dell, and managed to do that. That is the Intel GMA HD driver. 8.) Click on the 'Drivers' tab. 9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom. 11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows. 12.) Close Devices and Printers. 13.) Open up the run command with the 'Windows key + R' key combo. 14.) Type c:/programdata and click Ok.
